Welcome to Yuri's Night Montreal!

This year's party took off at Snap Salon on
Saturday, April 4, 2009.

Our event featured astronomical art by Montreal artist
Bettina Forget, we played space-inspired music and served space-themed drinks.

We encouraged spacey costumes, and prizes by Retro Rockets were awarded for the best space-inspired costume.

There was a spectacular LED hoola-hoop performance by Kelli Hanrahan - take that, Saturn!

A Letter to Yuri - we provided materials for you to create a piece of mail art to send to the Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Centre in Star City, Russia.
